You can contact our staff to make changes to your order however changes to prescription glasses need to be made quickly prior to the lab commencing work on you glasses.
How do I care for my glasses?
We recommend that you keep your glasses safely in their case when they are not being worn and only clean them with the cleaning cloth provided with purchase.
Do I need my eyes tested before buying glasses on line?
It is important to have your eyes tested before purchasing any prescription glasses to ensure you have the correct strength lens.
How do I know what my prescription is; and what does Sphere (CPH), Cylinder (CYL), Axis (AXI), and PD work?
This is a sample prescription.
PD (Pupil Distance) measures the distance between pupils.
